End of Year Gifts

Looking for ideas for End of Year gifts?  I have scoured some blogs and pinterest to bring you some easy to make thank you gifts. 

The first one you may have heard of, it comes from my sister blog:  Kids Cog Works.  It was originally written for volunteer gift tags, but they can be used for a wide variety of thank you gifts.

Lisa storms came up with these darling straw toppers that you pair with a cool cup.  I would love to get one of these and give one.  Good cups like these are a favorite at my house.  Pop on over to her blog to pick up the free download.  Scan through all of Lisa's blog, she has amazing crafty tutorials!

The Craft Patch came up with a huge list of Pun Intended Thank You Phrases.  Full of good ideas!  Turn them into your very own, super cute tags.
